We are pleased to announce that this is 3rd edition of International Automotive Trade Fair Warsaw Moto Show to be held in Ptak Warsaw Expo Trade Fair and Congress Centre in Warsaw Nadarzyn. Planned date of the event is 27-29 of October 2017. We invite you to take part in our show.

A record number of people visited previous editions of Warsaw Moto Show – in total over 300 thousands – and special quests were automotive celebrities like: Krzysztof Hołowczyc, Rafał Sonik, Kajetan Kajetanowicz or Petter Solberg. The event was also honoured by drift and tinning shows, professional conferences and special events: Gala of the Golden Steering Wheel of “Auto Świat” weekly magazine and Miss Moto Show Beauty Contest.

Following the example of the biggest automotive trade fair in Europe, we will present several thematic fields during this year’s event which are directed both for the business and mass client within the scope of the offer. We have prepared the following zones for you and your clients:

  • Area: Insurance, leasing services,
  • Luxurious vehicles,
  • Rent a Car area,
  • Detailing/Car Maintenance

Over 150 exhibitors have declared their participation in the 3rd International Trade Fair Warsaw Moto Show for whom, except for the participation itself, we have prepared trainings and professional conferences as well as B2B talk sessions with potential partners from abroad, mainly from Central and Eastern Europe and Germany. Our event will be promoted widely in specialized media and general media: TV, press, radio and the Internet. Additionally, thanks to actions of the Call Centre team, we have built a database of 232 300 business and individual clients visiting our trade fair, which is constantly being extended. We will also choose and invite your potential contractors from this database.

The organiser of Warsaw Moto Show is the Ptak Warsaw Expo Trade Fair and Congress Centre – the biggest trade fair centre in Central Europe, which offers 6 modern exhibition halls of a total internal area of 140 000 m2 and over 500 000 m2 of external area as well as 15 000 parking spots. Over 30 big, international Trade Fairs Events were organised in 2016 in the Centre, in which over half million visitors and 5550 exhibitors took part, and exhibitions took over 50 hectares in total. Ptak Warsaw Expo is located only a 10-minute drive by car from Warsaw Chopin Airport (Okęcie) and a 15-minute drive from the Warsaw city centre. You can also access the Trade Fair by means of free buses from Warszawa Centralna and Warszawa Zachodnia Railway Stations.
